Consecration - Vágyódás / Demo I CD
Consecration - Vágyódás / Demo I LP (1996)
Raw, rotting and drenched in sorrow: Consecration’s 1996 demo Vágyódás (“Longing”) is death/doom in its most primitive and honest form. Crushing, funereal riffs crawl at a glacial pace, guttural growls rise from the grave, and bleak, aching melodies cut through the murk of a gloriously lo-fi recording. In the spirit of early My Dying Bride and Paradise Lost this is the eastern sound of despair. A forgotten gem of the mid-90s underground, now available on LP and CD for the first time.
Every LP (single sided) comes with inlay and sticker. There are different shades of grey that will be shipped randomly. The CD includes some new exclusive bonus tracks from the band that haven't been released before. LP and CD were limited and numbered to 200 copies.
